We use the following processors to operate the contact form:

• EmailJS delivers the inquiry to the configured business mailbox.
• Upstash Redis temporarily stores a pseudonymous rate-limit key to prevent repeated submissions.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable terms and safeguards. We do not sell contact details or use them for third-party advertising.

5. Retention and security

Rate-limit keys expire after the security window. Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal duties. We use access controls, encrypted transport, request validation, and anti-abuse controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
