Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This notice describes how Nequa Web Studio processes information submitted through this website. It applies to website visitors and people who send a business or product inquiry.
2. Information we process
- Name, email address, and phone number provided in the contact form.
- Your selected business stage and the support you need.
- Optional business or product details you choose to provide.
- The date, time, language, and version of your privacy acknowledgement.
- Submission source information, such as the landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers when present in the URL.
- A short-lived pseudonymous IP hash used to limit abusive requests.
- Technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website.
3. Why we use this information
We use inquiry details to review your request, respond, discuss possible services, maintain security, prevent spam, and meet applicable legal obligations. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship.
When Plausible Analytics is configured, we use aggregate page views and interaction events to understand the path from a call to action to a completed inquiry. We do not send contact-form values to Plausible.
4. Service providers and international processing
We use the following processors to operate the contact form:
- EmailJS delivers the inquiry to the configured business mailbox.
- Google Sheets and Google Apps Script store the inquiry in a private lead register used to review and respond to requests.
- Telegram may deliver a private inquiry notification to authorized recipients.
- Upstash Redis temporarily stores a pseudonymous rate-limit key to prevent repeated submissions.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable terms and safeguards. We do not sell contact details or use them for third-party advertising.
5. Retention and security
Rate-limit keys expire after the security window. The private lead register is configured to remove inquiries after 24 months. Information may be removed earlier when it is no longer reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal duties. We use access controls, encrypted transport, request validation, and anti-abuse controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing. Use the contact form and state that your request concerns privacy. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses session storage to retain first-touch submission source information while you browse the website. After a contact form is successfully delivered, a first-party session cookie records only that a request was sent so the website can continue to display a confirmation. It does not contain the submitted name, email, phone number, or project details. The contact form is protected with server-side validation, request origin checks, a hidden anti-spam field, and pseudonymous rate limiting. See the Cookie Policy for details.
The functional NEXT_LOCALE cookie stores the language selected in the language menu for one year. It contains only a locale code and is not used for advertising or analytics.
Plausible Analytics is not enabled in this deployment.
8. Changes and contact
We will update the date above when this notice changes. Privacy questions can be submitted through the website contact form. Verified direct contact details will be published once confirmed.
